Delivery Costs and Timeframes
Every order from Josephine Claire Jewels ships to your door completely free of charge, and there is no minimum spend needed to unlock free shipping.
Since our pieces travel directly from our international warehouse, delivery can take a little longer than typical domestic post.
Here is what to expect for processing and delivery.
Processing
Once your order comes in, we need 1–3 business days to get it ready — this covers preparing the items, packing them, and running a quality check so everything meets our standards.
Orders placed on a weekday are usually processed within one business day.
Orders that come in on a Friday evening or over the weekend may need a little extra processing time.
Delivery
After processing and dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 4–14 business days, depending on where you are and which carrier handles the parcel.
Delivery times can occasionally shift because of things like:
- Carrier delays
- Busy seasonal periods
- Customs clearance
- Unexpected logistical problems
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we send a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow the parcel every step of the way.
